Non-Executive
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production operations in accordance with process standards and production plans
- Assign and coordinate tasks for team members to ensure smooth production flow
- Monitor production processes, discipline, and product quality
- Identify, resolve, and report production and on-site issues
- Support production safety and 6S implementation
- Handle Execution Management System (EMS) data entry and prepare shift production reports
- Train and guide team members on operational procedures and safety standards
- Oversee equipment maintenance and inspections
- Monitor team attendance and manage supplies
- Assist in product quality analysis and improvement actions
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum SPM
- Candidates with leadership experience will have an advantage
- Willing to work 6 days per week
- Able to speak English and Malay
- Able to commit to 12-hour shift work (Fixed OT)
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
