Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end factory construction projects: planning, design coordination, approvals, construction, and final acceptance.
- Oversee architectural and equipment foundation design quality, liaising with design institutes, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
- Manage project progress, cost, quality, and safety to ensure on-time and high-standard delivery.
- Handle project approvals and permits, maintain good relations with government authorities, and ensure smooth compliance.
- Coordinate equipment delivery and installation (e.g., vacuum furnaces, heating furnaces, testing equipment, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial or factory construction projects; Southeast Asia project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of factory construction process, equipment foundation design, and project management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to drive projects independently.
- Fluent in Mandarin; PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
